Have you ever wondered how to get rid of dry and peeling lips with out spending alot of money?? Well, I have answer for you. Alba un-un-petroleum jelly . I use it for just about everything. It's all natural. So, How do you use this wonderful stuff? It's simple.. Just put it on your lips like lip balm.  I put it in a little pot. You can get these little pots at Sephora or their website www.sephora.com (by the way you could get yours for free if you win my birthday give away contest)... Besides using this awesome un-petroleum jelly any time to stop them from chapping, I also use it after washing and exfoliating my face. To quote Kandee Johnson "It locks in the moisturizer all night long" She swears by it and so do I. Oh, the very inexpensive way to exfoliate those very gentle lips of yours is to use your old tooth brush. Now, the dentist always says to use a soft tooth brush. With that said if you don't use a soft tooth brush then go get one and use that to exfoliate your lips. Any harder and you'll tare up your beautiful lips or at the minimum make them sore.

Let me tell you what's in Un-petroleuom jelly...Caster seed oil, coconut oil, beeswax, hydrogenated castor oil, tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E acetate), and Vitamin E. As you can see it's all natural... I've learned the less you use chemical based products the better your skin looks.

Now, I bet you are wondering where you can get this wonderful multi-purpose moisturizer? I get it at whole foods. If you live in an area with out a whole foods near you then amazon.com is a perfect solution. They sell it for about the same price as whole foods. The 3.5 oz tube seems to last forever.

So, while we're talking about natural products and skin... Let me tell you about a BIG problem I've experienced since leaving Florida. Hard water... Can you believe I'm alergic to hard water? I'm serious too. When I get out of the shower I'm itchy all over. If I'm in Las Vegas I litterally get hives for a good hour afterward. So, I've looked into how to minimize if not solve this problem all together... I've found the answer!!! Everyday Shea.... They have a body wash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. It comes in 950ml bottles with a very convenient pump top. Whole foods sells it for $10 I think. They also have a website http://www.everydayshea.com and on a side note all their products are certified fair trade. Go to their site to get more details as well as flavors. I prefer the unscented so it doesn't conflict with my perfume or impact my allergies either. The lotion also comes in unscented. The shampoo and conditioner only comes in Lavender and Vanilla. So, I'm hoping in time they will make an unscented version.
